Tutor

Eden Girls' School in Walthamstow, part of Star Academies, wants to hear from qualified teachers who can work as casual tutors on a zero-hours basis.

Tutors give tailored support to pupils who need help to reach their potential, explaining ideas clearly, building confidence and helping them prepare for their GCSEs. You will need to manage behaviour well and know the current specification and assessments in your subject.

It suits a qualified teacher who wants flexible, well-paid sessional work and enjoys making a real difference to young people's progress. Interviews are planned for the week of 9 November 2026, with work starting from December.

Full details and how to apply are on the employer's website.
