Sourced listings and takedown
Some jobs on the site were found by our team on employers' own websites. Here is how that works, and how to claim, correct or remove a listing.
Draft, last updated 26 October 2026. This page is a draft and may change before the site launches.
What a sourced listing is
To help people find work in the sector, our team looks for vacancies that organisations have advertised publicly, for example on their own careers page, and lists them here. A sourced listing:
- is summarised in our own words: we don't copy the employer's advert;
- is marked "Sourced listing", names the website where it was first advertised and links to the employer's own advert, where people apply;
- is checked and approved by one of our admins before it goes live, and the apply link is checked;
- closes automatically at the end of its closing date.
We are not the employer and we don't receive applications for sourced listings.
Organisations we add
If an organisation isn't on the site yet, we add a basic profile using public information, such as its name, website, logo and charity number. These profiles are marked "Not yet claimed" and are not verified. Being listed does not mean the organisation has joined, endorsed or checked anything on the site.
We may email a contact address the organisation publishes to let it know about the listing and invite it to claim its profile. We only send that email when one of our admins chooses to.
Claiming your organisation
If you work for the organisation, you can claim its profileto manage its listings and post jobs for free. Create an account, ideally with an email address on the organisation's own website domain, and send a claim. Our team checks every claim before giving access. If you use a personal email address, we will ask for extra evidence.
Correcting or removing a listing
If a listing is wrong, has closed, or you don't want it on the site, use our remove or correct a listingform. Every sourced listing also has a link to it ("Is this your listing?"). We aim to act within one working day. You don't need an account, and we don't ask you to explain why you want a listing removed.
Anyone can also use "Report this job" on a listing if something looks wrong. For anything else, contact us.
Personal information
How we handle organisation contact details and claim evidence is explained in our privacy notice. Organisations that post or claim listings agree to our employer terms.
