Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Eden Girls' Leadership Academy in Birmingham, an Outstanding girls' secondary school with a Muslim faith designation run by Star Academies, is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The post is 37 hours a week, term time plus two weeks, starting in December 2026.

You will support teaching and learning across the school, working with individual students and groups, including those with special educational needs and disabilities, and building positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.

It would suit an organised, caring team player with a Level 3 qualification and experience of working with children in a secondary or similar setting.
