Weddings and Hospitality Coordinator

Cambridge Central Mosque is recruiting a part-time Weddings and Hospitality Coordinator for 30 hours a week, reporting to the Admin and Systems Manager.

You will manage the mosque's wedding and nikah service from the first enquiry through to the day itself: guiding couples and families through the process, managing bookings and records, arranging imams, rooms and set-up, and coordinating caterers and other suppliers. The role also covers the front desk, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries, and supporting catered events such as cafe events and volunteer dinners.

It suits a personable, well-organised person who stays calm under pressure and communicates clearly with couples, staff and suppliers.
