About the role
One Ummah is recruiting a full-time, permanent Operations Manager based in Birmingham, joining its executive management team.
You will be responsible for the quality and consistency of the charity's operations, managing the leads for compliance, IT, HR and Islamic compliance as well as contractors. The role covers improving systems and processes, keeping the charity compliant and making sure the way it works reflects its Islamic culture.
It suits an experienced manager, ideally educated to degree level, with at least three years in a management role and a practical, organised approach to running teams and systems.
