About the role
Ummah Welfare Trust is introducing a custom Salesforce application to manage its programmes and aid delivery across many countries, and needs a Product Owner to steer it.
You will gather and prioritise requirements from programme, grants, MEAL, finance and operations colleagues, turn them into clear user stories, and manage the product backlog with the delivery partner. You will also help design and roll out workflows for programme management, beneficiary tracking and donor reporting.
The role suits someone with product ownership or business analysis experience, ideally on Salesforce, who enjoys bridging operational teams and technical delivery.
