IT Applications Analyst

Ummah Welfare Trust is recruiting an IT Applications Analyst for its Bolton head office, reporting to the Head of IT.

The role supports the day-to-day running and improvement of the applications staff rely on: handling application support and user administration, testing system changes, dealing with data and reporting requests, and helping with change control and post-release checks so that updates deliver what the business needs.

It suits someone with a solid grounding in application support or systems analysis who is methodical, enjoys solving problems and can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.
