About the role

Yaseen Youth is looking for a full-time Operations Manager to make sure the charity runs smoothly as it grows.

You will support and guide the team, manage non-core staff, oversee projects and keep many different pieces of work moving at once. You will also help run the charity's weekend academy. The role is mostly Monday to Friday and based on site in Neasden, with some evening and weekend work around events.
