Operations Manager

Islamia Schools is recruiting an Operations Manager to work across Islamia Girls' School and Brondesbury College for Boys in Brent. The role is full-time and permanent, all year round, with flexible working considered.

Working with the School Business Manager, Headteacher and senior leaders, you will make sure administration, admissions and school systems run efficiently, lead the office team, and look for ways to improve how things are done. No two days are the same.

It suits an organised, proactive leader with significant experience of running a busy office and managing staff. Experience in a school, or of admissions and open events, would help.
