About the role

The Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies is recruiting two casual Lodge Receptionists to work day or night shifts at its Marston Road site, where the Lodge is staffed around the clock.

Receptionists are the first people visitors meet, so giving a warm, professional welcome matters. The team also monitors the Centre's security and makes sure students, staff and visitors can go about their activities safely. You will report to the Lodge Manager.

The roles suit well-presented people with strong communication and customer service skills who stay calm and alert. A minimum of around 18 hours a week is expected, with more available.
