About the role
Human Appeal is recruiting an Operations Manager for its fundraising department in Cheadle.
The role supports the fundraising strategy by managing the systems, processes and supporter data that the team relies on. You will oversee the operational delivery of fundraising activity, make sure reporting is accurate, and keep the charity in line with UK fundraising regulation and good practice, working closely with other departments.
It suits someone with at least two years in a similar post, with hands-on experience of fundraising operations, CRM or database management, or fundraising administration in a charity.
