Fundraising Manager, Deployments, Events and Peer-to-Peer

Muslims In Need, a humanitarian charity based in Derby, is recruiting a full-time, permanent Fundraising Manager covering deployments, events and peer-to-peer giving. The role is hybrid, mixing office, field and event work.

You will lead volunteer deployment and challenge campaigns from recruitment through to follow-up, build relationships with influencers, creators and ambassadors, grow peer-to-peer fundraising, and plan events that run safely and well. Leading and coaching the team and keeping a healthy pipeline of supporters are central.

It suits a fundraiser with community, events or challenge experience who combines creative campaign ideas with careful analysis.
