Finance and Operations Manager

ILM Schools, which runs an independent Islamic primary and high school in Cardiff, is recruiting a Finance and Operations Manager to look after both schools.

The manager will handle budgets, reporting, banking and cash, school fees, payroll and HMRC, along with fundraising and financial records. The role also covers facilities, maintenance and contractors, health and safety, fire safety and compliance, and working closely with staff, parents, trustees and outside organisations.

It suits an organised, proactive person with experience of finance and operations, ideally in a school or charity, who is comfortable juggling many responsibilities. Safeguarding, DBS, right-to-work and reference checks apply.
