About the role
This is a new position at Muslim Hands, focused on the charity's relationship with its existing supporters.
The postholder will shape how donors are thanked, kept informed and encouraged to keep giving, using supporter data to find what improves loyalty and long-term value. The work spans supporter journeys, communications and retention campaigns, in partnership with fundraising, marketing and supporter care teams.
It suits a fundraising or CRM professional with experience of donor stewardship or retention who would welcome the chance to define a role from the start.
