About the role

Human Appeal is recruiting a Donor Care Advisor for its Middle East team, based at its head office in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. The role is a temporary, casual contract and the charity wants to appoint as soon as possible.

You will look after new and existing donors, explaining how their donations are spent on UK and international projects and encouraging them to keep giving. You will also deal with enquiries and pass calls on to the right teams.

No previous experience is needed. The role suits someone with five GCSEs at grade C or above, good Microsoft Office skills, fluent English and an interest in international development. Arabic and other languages are an advantage. Full details and how to apply are on the employer's website.
